Dear Tina.
Caroline and Gordon have left on honeymoon, but i just had to let you know that the cake was absolutely amazing. We were in awe and didn't want to cut into it. I have saved all the flower decorations for Caroline. Everyone admired it and even the castle staff said it was the most beautiful cake they had ever seen and tasted. We cannot thank you enough and will send you a photograph once they are developed. Caroline will be in touch with you when she gets back in about 3 weeks, but typically "Caroline" she said wow! wow! wow! thank you so much xxx Also the children plus a few "parents" who used them as an excuse put paid to the cupcakes in minutes. xx

Well what would we have done without such an amazing cake! The comments I have had about not only the 'picture' but also the taste have been wonderful. Thank you so much for the time, skill and patience you used to produce a perfect cake for Tom and Jess. Funnily, I had no doubts or worries that is would be anything other than perfect.

Dear Tina.
This is a belated thank you for making us such a beautiful and delicious wedding cake. When I saw it on the stand, I was so thrilled as it was exactly what I'd hoped for, and looked so stunning. On the wedding video, as Simon and I were about to cut the cake, you can hear guests saying "this is quite some cake" and they were completely right!

Several people had more than one piece from the different layers and each different recipe got a huge thumbs up. I know you also worked with Mary on the flowers which were quite perfect too.

Dear Tina.
Now that the dust is settling I feel I must write to you and say an enormous thank you for all your hard work on our behalf for Pip's wedding. It must have been divine intervention that led me to your door!

The top layer of the cake has been carefully frozen as per your instructions, The sponge layer has gone and the remains of the bottom layer is awaiting their return from their honeymoon (they actually took a large portion to eat while they were away!)

Thank you once more for helping to make the wedding so special.
